I felt good about purchasing this product because it's all-natural, and it contains no chemicals which cause adverse side effects, like some mainstream products may.
However, when the directions tell you to lie down or go to bed immediately after inserting the suppository, DO IT!!! Due to the fact that this product is gelatinous in nature, it dissolves into a sort of liquid that won't just leak, but GUSH out if you move around too much! I would strongly suggest using a maxi pad with this product to prevent the leakage from getting all over your underclothes, because it will (and believe me, a small pantyliner won't do!)You'll want to make sure that you insert the suppository high enough because this product is slippery, and it may want to pop back out (ha!)
If you're willing to deal with this slight inconvenience, it does work well for minor yeast infections.
