As much as we hate to admit it, the problems south of the border exist. From yeast infections to irritation of birth control related discharge to razorburn on your bikini line, we get pain and we get itching and we get irritation. These wipes are simply the best when it comes to instant relief. They're portable, discreet, and they stop the itching and burning on contact. Carry one in your purse and you'll never find yourself hiding behind a clothes rack to contort your legs and reach that itch again!

OK! This is getting very personal but I am going to do it anyway.
As an older woman with a few classic aging female problems made worse due to some health issues, I sometimes get diaper rash.
I really dislike the smell of baby wipes and most of them play havoc with my allergies. What 50+ woman wants to smell like a baby anyway? The so called adult cleansing wipes cause dryness, irritation and more discomfort. So I now use the Vagisil wipes on the rash or sensitive days and Pearl wipes on the other days. This has helped control the problem. I really like the fact they seem to be odorless too. The individual packages are easy to carry in my purse. A bit expensive but I have not found a less expensive choice.
Try them. They may help with your secret problem too.

I hear these wipes can also be used as hand sanitizers. Very useful. Never leave home without them.
 Not As Good As Cream March 17, 2010

I am lucky in the fact that I usually do not have a need for a product of this kind. Recently after effects from a medication I found myself in need of an anti itch medicine. In the past I have used the traditional creams which were all very effective but I hated the "thick gooey" feeling that eventually turned sticky. When I went to the store and saw these I thought that I would give them a try to avoid the thick creams. I my experience the itch didn't really go away. I would have to keep going back about every 10 to 15 minutes and use another towel which while using the towel itself just caused the area to burn. The burning sensation lasted about 10 minutes give or take which then in a few minutes the itching would come back. Hopefully it will be a while before I will need something like this again, but when I do I will not be using these again.

I'm not sensitive to most products but this product made the itching worse than it was before and it also caused a horrible burning sensation.
